The grandson of Frank Dubman, former owner/operator of St Louis, Missouri's Dubman Realty and Investment Co., Ian Dubman knows firsthand that businesses that have a strong value proposition, customer focus, and operations executed with a quality mindset can directly accelerate growth and profits.
After 25 years of industry experience ranging from senior leadership in large corporate operations to executive leadership in small businesses, Ian felt his passion for business optimization would be best served by setting out on his own to help regional business leaders fuel revenues and profitable growth through high-quality operations. Ian does not settle for mediocrity when better performance is needed, and his quality-focused operational techniques consistently deliver value to the customer. Our Approach
Our service begins with a free comprehensive Needs Consultation to listen to your needs, desires, and concerns and identify opportunities for DBA to enhance your business. We then generate a high-level Engagement Proposal with project recommendations for any opportunities where we can directly assist you and your business. From there, you will choose what projects/outcomes interest you to carry forward. The next phase provides you with an in-depth proposal of schedules, deliverables, hours, and costs for the projects you selected. We will then work with you to finalize our engagement and begin execution. You will be kept up-to-date on project status with metrics that demonstrate the quality of our project execution—we practice what we preach with data-driven operations.
